🖨 A4 printing: Use the PDF sheet. In your printer settings choose 100% / Actual Size and A4 paper. Do not use “Fit to page” or “Scale to fit”, as these can change the physical label size.
📐 Label size: The Composer keeps every label at the size it was saved in the Label Builder. It never resizes labels to fit the sheet.
⚙ Printer settings: Set the paper size to A4 and the scale to Actual Size or 100%. Turn off Fit to page, Shrink or any automatic scaling. The exact wording varies between browsers, PDF viewers and printers.
📏 Size check: Before using label stock, print a test on ordinary A4 paper and measure a known label dimension. The printed measurement should match the size shown in CLPeasy.
🔎 Alignment check: Hold the test print against your label sheet (for example, up to a window) to check the labels line up before printing on the label sheet.
ℹ Good to know: CLPeasy creates the sheet at the correct size. Your browser, PDF viewer and printer settings can still change how it prints.
✂ Cutting machine (Print Then Cut): Download individual PNGs and upload each one to your cutting machine separately. It cannot split a sheet into individual labels.
