We want you to be completely happy with CLPeasy. If something isn't right, please contact us at support@clpeasy.com and we'll do our best to help.

14-Day Cooling Off Period

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and applies to all new subscriptions.

To exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, email us at support@clpeasy.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and we will process a full refund within 5-10 working days.

Free Trial

CLPeasy offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans (Easy Start and Easy Pro). You will not be charged during your free trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. No refund is necessary as no payment is taken during the trial.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription after the 14-day cooling off period has passed, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months after the cooling off period.

You are welcome to use CLPeasy until the end of your paid period after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund under the statutory cooling off period.

After 14 days, we will consider refund requests for annual subscriptions on a case-by-case basis. If you have used the service very little and cancel early, please contact us and we will review your request fairly.

Top-Up Download Packs

Top-up download packs (additional download credits bought on top of your plan) are one-off purchases of digital content that is made available to your account immediately. Because the credits can be used straight away, top-up packs are non-refundable and all sales are final.

The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, or a technical fault that prevented the credits from being added to your account. In those cases, please contact us at support@clpeasy.com and we will put it right.

Exceptional Circumstances

We will always consider refund requests made in good faith outside the standard policy — for example, duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented you from using the service, or other exceptional situations. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@clpeasy.com with:
— Your account email address
— The reason for your refund request
— Your order or subscription reference (found in your Stripe receipt email)

We aim to respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 5-10 working days.
