The comparison is not simply cost per sticker. CLPeasy lets you create and update labels yourself from your supplier SDS data, reuse browser-saved labels, and choose how to print each download. The Print Sheet Composer can place different saved fragrance labels on the same A4 sheet, which can help reduce unused label stock when you make several fragrances or smaller batches. Sheet capacity is variable: the Custom sheet defaults to 3 columns × 5 rows, rows and columns can be changed, and actual fit depends on label dimensions, margins and gaps. The EU30009 template is 2 × 5. The Composer checks fit rather than promising a fixed maximum.

Pay As You Go is for occasional downloads: buy a pack when you need one, with no subscription. Purchased downloads do not expire.
Easy Start Unlimited is a subscription with unlimited downloads while it is active: £9.99/month (£8.99/month until 31 December 2026), or £89/year.
Both options use the same label builder, Smart Paste, browser-saved label library, Print Sheet Composer and Cricut download tools. Saved-label data remains in the browser and device used to create it.

Yes. When you subscribe through Stripe you'll receive an automatic payment receipt by email after each billing date. If you need a formal invoice for your business records, contact us at support@clpeasy.com and we'll sort it.
You can save labels in the browser you are using — they're organised automatically by product type — and reopen them for editing. They are not currently synchronised between devices and may be lost if browser site data is cleared.
Pay As You Go downloads stay on your account until used. Easy Start Unlimited includes unlimited downloads while your subscription is active. On Pay As You Go, re-downloading the same label within 7 days is free.
Keep downloaded label files and the corresponding supplier SDS in your own business records.
Pausing stops subscription downloads without closing your account. Labels already saved in the current browser remain there unless its site data is cleared.
To pause, go to your account settings and select 'Pause subscription'. Your pause continues until you reactivate, which you can do any time from your account page.
If you cancel rather than pausing, your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period. Your downloaded label files remain on your own device.
Labels currently saved in CLPeasy are browser-based, so keep your downloaded originals safely backed up.

You can move between Pay As You Go and Easy Start Unlimited. If you cancel Easy Start Unlimited, you keep unlimited downloads until the end of your paid period; any Pay As You Go downloads you bought stay on your account. Browser-saved labels are unaffected.

No. CLPeasy® runs entirely in your web browser — no downloads, no installs, no PDF editor required. It works on any modern browser on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile. Just sign in and start building labels.
Yes. CLPeasy® is designed to work on mobile, tablet and desktop. You can build, save and download labels from your phone if needed — though for detailed hazard data entry, most makers find a desktop or tablet easier.
CLPeasy® works with any fragrance supplier — it's not tied to one brand or a pre-held database of supplier data. You paste Section 2.2 from your own supplier's SDS and CLPeasy® extracts the hazard data automatically, so your label is always built from your actual, current document. It is not tied to one supplier or a pre-held supplier database. Smart Paste works from the Section 2.2 text you provide; always review the extracted information against the current document before using the label.
Supplier-provided CLP labels vary in scope. Some are supplied only for particular fragrances, product types or fragrance-load percentages. If your supplier, formulation or product changes, check whether the supplied label still matches your current product and SDS.
CLPeasy® lets you build and update labels from the supplier SDS information you provide and keeps browser-saved labels organised by product type. Always review saved labels against the current SDS before use.
They solve different problems. A printed-label supplier can be the better choice when you want finished physical stickers delivered to you, and some current UK suppliers advertise low per-label or per-sheet prices.

Downloaded label files are yours to keep — we can't and won't remove files already on your device. However, downloaded labels are static snapshots. If your supplier updates their SDS or regulations change, they won't update automatically. Your duties under GB CLP depend on your role in the supply chain; you remain responsible for ensuring the labels you use stay current and meet the duties that apply to you as a supplier.
You remain responsible for checking each label against the current supplier SDS and applicable official guidance. Keep the downloaded label, dated SDS and any revision notes together in your own business records.
