CLPeasy™ ("we", "us", "our") is a web-based software service operated by Michaela Feeley. Our registered business address is CLPeasy, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. CLPeasy provides tools to help UK makers of candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, room sprays, fragrance oils and other fragrance products generate CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) labels.

By accessing or using CLPeasy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using CLPeasy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

CLPeasy offers a 14-day free trial (no card required) followed by a paid subscription. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Top-up download packs are optional one-off purchases of additional download credits. They are not a subscription and do not renew or recur. As the credits are made available immediately, top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased, except in the case of a duplicate charge or technical fault — see our Refund Policy.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. Although CLPeasy delivers digital content immediately once your paid subscription begins, we honour this cooling-off period in full: contact us at support@clpeasy.com within 14 days of your subscription starting and we will cancel it and issue a full refund. CLPeasy is a tool to assist with label creation, not a substitute for professional regulatory advice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your CLP labels are accurate, complete and legally compliant before printing and selling your products. CLPeasy generates labels based on the data you enter — we do not verify the accuracy of your input data.
You must always:
CLPeasy accepts no liability for labels that are inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant as a result of incorrect data entered by the user.
CLPeasy™ and all associated software, design, content and branding are the intellectual property of CLPeasy (trade mark number UK00004395085). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Labels you generate using CLPeasy belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your label content.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using CLPeasy, you consent to this processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLPeasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to regulatory fines or penalties resulting from non-compliant labels.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Your continued use of CLPeasy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
