CLPeasy is tested and optimised for Google Chrome (desktop and Android) and Safari (iPhone and iPad). If you're using Firefox or Edge and something isn't working as expected, try switching to Chrome or Safari first — this resolves the majority of display and download issues.

Smart Paste on iOS/Safari
Smart Paste accepts your complete SDS document — paste the full text and CLPeasy finds Section 2.2 automatically. On desktop (Chrome or Safari), H statements, P statements, pictograms and signal word all extract reliably. On some iOS devices using Safari, P statement extraction can be incomplete. What to do: after pasting on iOS, use the P statement library in Step 3 to check and add any that are missing. For best results with Smart Paste, use CLPeasy on desktop.

Then go to https://clpeasy.com and try again. If the issue is gone in Incognito, a browser extension is likely causing it.
